Minerva Virtual Academy is a Department for Education-accredited online school for students aged 11 to 18. 
It supports autistic and neurodivergent learners, as well as students with other special educational needs and disabilities, through flexible timetables, small classes, live lessons, guided independent study and weekly one-to-one mentoring.  
These Mentors receive specialist SEND training, with some holding SENDCo qualifications and others bringing extensive experience of working with children with SEND

We offer two flexible ways to support your students.

Student Referrals to MVA

Refer individual students directly into our full-time online school. This route is ideal for:

• Students needing alternative provision
• Pupils with SEND or EHCPs
• Families seeking flexible, remote education

Refer a Student to MVA

MVA Hybrid

For UK and International schools, and all education settings looking to expand their curriculum without hiring, MVA Hybrid offers GCSE & A level courses (individual subjects or bespoke provision), as well as Functional Skills, taught wholly online by British-qualified, experienced subject specialist teachers.

This route is ideal for:

• Expanding GCSE or A Level provision to retain and attract students
• Supporting part-time or off-roll learners to achieve a GCSE Pass equivalent in English and/or Maths
• Delivering structured remote education within your non-school setting

GCSE & A-Level Subject Delivery

Specialist teaching in a wide range of subjects, delivered by qualified teachers using MVA's Virtual Learning Platform, and tailored to fit the needs of your school and students.

Functional Skills English & Maths

Taught over 2 terms and including exam entry, our taught, accessible Functional Skills courses provide routes to Level 2 qualifications. Ideal for learners who need a second chance, a fresh start, or a more supported learning journey.

Bespoke Hybrid Models

Tailored teaching packages that fit your subject needs, timetable and learner profiles. From single-subject delivery to a full programme delivered by us online with your staff providing supervision on site, we work with you to build what your setting needs.
