RISE creates and delivers SEND supported, dynamic and innovative whole-person education programmes to children of all ages.

We adopt a whole person, holistic approach to inform a bespoke curriculum, develop tailored programmes of support and engineer a stable foundation for future pathways. All initiatives are adapted and modified to meet needs and outcomes and to develop the character, confidence, aspiration and independence of the young people that attend. Our exclusive menu of packages offer something for everyone and include an exciting range of accredited vocational projects from BTEC, Haddon Training, Gateway, academic SEND supported learning for awards and accreditation including GCSEs and A-Levels, SEND supported therapeutic interventions including equine therapy, EHCP targeted work, soft skills and preparation for adulthood, emotional and mental health support, horse riding or grooming and 1-2-1 and small group therapeutic and educational and transition support.
 

RISE SPACE
Colleges for ages 16-25 supporting young people not quite ready for that next step. Monday to Thursday on one of our college sites.

RISE IGNITE
Programme for ages 14-17 designed to re-engage and support young people currently struggling to access school, takes place on each college site

RISE SURFACE
A SEND programme to prepare young people 14-25 for life and work that can start in the home, community, small college classes or through work experiences.

RISE Hair & Beauty (Bedford only) 
BTEC L1 Hair & Beauty Course, a fully supported programme for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

RISE STREAM
An online educational offer for young people 11-25 currently experiencing Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance or who prefer to learn through an online platform

OUTREACH
A bespoke 1-2-1 SEND support service working in the home and community to re-engage young people 11-25 with life and education by identifying and removing barriers.

RISE Wild
Our RISE WILD project is for anyone who shares our love for the great outdoors, animals and nature.
We offer Animal Care, Equestrian and Horticulture pathways, from KS2 through to Post-16.

Parents and Carers can make their SEND Officer or school aware that you wish to access a place at RISE for your young person. 
They will take your request to panel who will decide whether to consult with us to see if we can meet need.

Should we be consulted and are able to offer an appropriate package of support, the Local authority will consider the package funding at Panel.

Schools should speak to your local SEND Team about requesting funding from panel.
